My daughter has been trying to collect support from her ex… he has stated that he has another family now and cannot afford to pay…they have been to court several times…when the law gets close to picking him up, he will move…this time he moved from Texas to Oklahoma…I don’t know the exact figure that he owes, in the neighboorhood of $50,000 but he has never paid support…their divorce was final July 2003…his name xxxx his addressxxx

I wish that I was able to speak to you in advance and get your permission to include this guys name and address.  Nothing makes me happier than to be able to expose creeps like him for what they truly are.  And  you never know who else is following and it wouldn’t be the first time that someone has stepped and said “I have info on this person”.

I need a bit more information in order to help:

1.  You stated that they have been to court several times.  What has been the outcome?

2.  What does he do for a living?  Does he work for a company / does he work under the table / is he self-employed?

3.  What’s the best gauge that your daughter has on his income?

4.  Does she have a copy of her divorcee decree handy?

Speak with your daughter and get as much of this info as possible and get back to me with your comment on the blog.  Your daughter is lucky to have a Dad like you.
